"Coach D knows what he's doing when it comes to athletic training. I began training with him the summer after my senior season in High School. At the time I weighed between 240-245 lbs., bench pressed around 315 lbs., ran a high 4.9 second 40-yard dash, and ran a 4.63 second pro shuttle. Since incorporating Coach D's techniques and advice into my workouts, as well as molding my diet according to his advice, I have seen my weight, strength, speed, and endurance improve drastically. Now, I am entering my third year at Vanderbilt University for the Commodore football team. I weigh 285 lbs. I bench press 425 lbs, run a 4.80 second 40-yard dash, and a 4.35 second pro shuttle. Coach D has greatly assisted my betterment as an athlete. I recommend 2nd Wind Sports Training for any athlete who wants to be a step ahead of his or her competition. If you want to work to mold your body into championship caliber by getting bigger, faster, and stronger I suggest calling Coach D."
